Holder of a one year post graduate degree in Business and Taxation law from Montesquieu Bordeaux IV University, Florent OLMI began his career with the legal practice at LANGE ET ASSOCIES law office (in Bordeaux) in 1998.

He then joined the legal practice ERNST & YOUNG in 2000. At ERNST & YOUNG he joined the “individual tax group”, deployed at national level to optimise assets-related legal and tax issues.

Florent OLMI then joined the independent practice TAX TEAM & CONSEILS early 2006, as founding partner.

He intervenes in all areas of tax and business law, and more specifically, aspects linked to company restructuring: mergers, APA, TUP, transfers, acquisitions. Thanks to his extensive experience in this sphere he can apprehend the associated legal and tax issues and optimise the conduct of such operations.

Florent OLMI also intervenes in the domain of individual taxation, on the basis of his expertise in optimising the transfer of businesses and of assets as well as for personal income tax and wealth tax.

The transfer of businesses, which is an expanding area as many directors of small to medium-sized enterprises retire, calls for control of the taxation aspects linked to optimising transfer tax and the legal aspects of preparing deeds of transfer.
