Jean-Jacques Caldérini founded the independent practice TAX TEAM & CONSEILS at the end of 2005.

After serving 12 years with in the French tax authorities, he gained a perfect understanding of the thinking and mechanisms of the latter, for the benefit of his existing clients. Through contact with firms during the tax audits he conducted, he gained a firm understanding of their accounting and tax issues. Thanks to his experience, he adopts a pragmatic approach to taxation.

After resigning from his job position with the French tax authorities in 1998, he became a lawyer specialising in taxation law for the Bordeaux office of the legal practice ERNST & YOUNG, remaining with them for 7 years, until 2005.

Taking into account his career, he is sought-after in the context of tax audits and has become the tax consultant for many national and multinational companies. He assists his clients to expand, notably when defining their tax strategy, optimising tax of company and Group results, restructuring, acquisitions and transfers.

A general taxation specialist since the outset of his career, he has a firm grasp of all corporate tax issues and he has developed a global approach to businesses. He also handles the tax issues of individuals, notably directors and senior managers.
